Policies and Updated Service Information
At LashKind, we prioritize top-quality service for our guests. At this location, we exclusively handle our own lash applications and do not accept outside fills. If you have extensions from a non-LashKind salon and wish to schedule with us, we suggest considering a lash removal followed by a full set, or waiting until your current extensions naturally shed completely.
If you are a current guest and looking to upgrade your service (ie: Classic to Hybrid, Hybrid to Volume, or Volume to Mega Volume), the following costs will be $25.
Fills are maintenance appointments for those who currently have eyelash extensions on. During a fill, the stylist removes and replaces outgrown lashes to fill in gaps and maintain the desired look. Appointments typically occur 2 to 3 weeks after the last appointment. We don't have a lash count like other places. If you don't meet the criteria for a 2 or 3-week fill due to the percentage of lashes remaining or the time since your last fill, we recommend adding an Extended Fill Upgrade service to achieve the desired look. Otherwise, we'll fill as many lashes as possible within the allotted time.
All cancellations or changes must be made 24hrs prior to the appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Any cancellations or changes within 24hrs will be charged 50% of booked services. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
Any modifications or cancellations made to appointments booked the same day must be made within 1 hour after booking to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations must be done by Phone Call. Voicemails are accepted.
